This installation celebrates Edmonton’s vibrancy and the concept of home. Measuring 32 feet long, the sign features a shallow, sloped roof that mirrors the expansive prairie plains. Step inside to gaze through the star blanket inspired roof panels; framing the sun, clouds, and stars, as envisioned by Métis and Cree artist Michelle Sound. The negative space of the letters frames an illuminated LED wall, creating a dynamic photo backdrop, while the reverse side showcases rotating murals by local artists, with the inaugural mural by Nehiway/Dene/Métis artist Crystal Clark. The installation moves from festivals in summer to Sir Winston Churchill
