About Us
Vignettes™
Who We Are
Vignettes™ is an experiential design and build agency based in Amiskwaciwâskahikan Edmonton. Multidisciplinary at heart, we work with public and private organizations to create engaging spaces that tell a story. Intentionally unfocused, we work on everything from small benches to large-scale commercial projects — with the connecting thread of creating an experience through design.
Mission
Vignettes™ exists to create transformative experiences that connect people, spaces, and stories. Through user-focused design, shared artistic moments, and a commitment to improving sustainability, we craft environments that inspire imagination, foster connection, and strive to make a positive impact on both people and the planet.
Vision
Vignettes™ envisions a future where experiential design transforms the way people connect with spaces, stories, and each other. As a leading innovator in Western Canada, we aim to push the boundaries of both temporary and permanent projects, forging meaningful relationships worldwide. Through continuous investment in Research and Development, we explore innovative solutions and technologies to deepen our understanding of how design shapes human experiences. Our ultimate goal is to inspire a more connected, imaginative, and sustainable world.

The Vignettes™ Group of Companies respectfully acknowledges that the public spaces we occupy are located on Treaty 6 territory a traditional gathering place for diverse Indigenous peoples including the Cree, Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota Sioux, Iroquois, Dene, Ojibway/ Saulteaux/ Anishinabe, Inuit, and many others whose histories, languages, and cultures continue to influence our vibrant community.
We hope to continue our work collaborating with Indigenous artists through our various art calls, festivals, educational initiatives and future design projects.
